I'm from Belleville as well. This # has called my house frequently. I think the only thing to do is go to Bell.ca and flood them with complaints. I'm pretty sure they won't do anything but what else is there? I've sent 10 complaints in the last 15 min.

I am also from Belleville, and this damned number has been calling my home for a while now.  I can not find anything out about this number online or from the police, but all I ever get is a call, with no answer, no talking than just a disconnected signal screaming at me.

I also live in Belleville. I get this call everyday around the same time. Sometimes it rings until my answering machine gets it, where nothing takes up 1 minute of my machine. Sometimes it rings three times and hangs up.
Very annoying!! Nice to know I'm not the only one!

It's TD Canada Trust.My guess.. it has to do with their insurance division ( as I just did a free online quote a few days a go and I have had a few calls from this number since then ).I'm located in Belleville, ON, for reference.

I, too am from belleville. I met a guy online about a month ago. We chat n email each other regularily. When he recently told me he was going to africa on a business trip, I thought that he was probably one of those scammers that I have heard about that operate out of Nigeria ( guess where he was going ).He has not acted in typical scammer fashion but today he asked to call me. I gave him my phone number , thinking that he'd never actually call. He did call. He had told me when we first met that he was from Belgium. He did have an accent , as he had said he did. It did sound like he could be Nigeria but not overwhelmingly...n I am not familiar with what a Belgium accent would sound like. The call was less than 10 minutes. He did not ask for anything...it was pleasant...but now, after reading other comments about the caller ID # that showed up....i am really confused n concerned.
