As mentioned, it's a third party company offered fraud prevention for Visa RBC customers. They new my name, address, and phone number and didn't ask for any additional information so I don't believe they are fraudulent. I'm just disappointed that RBC would give my information to a third party group to upsell different things. *sigh*

Had the calls about 4X daily and tonight I finally answered. I'm hoping to stop the constant calling. It was a disney offer of 2 free books and a bookcase. It was Beautyrock and I googled it and it is a telemarketing firm. FWIW, sounded like a good offer

we have never answered it but they call at least 2 times a week..when we call back there is no answer

I received 1-(613) 932-3493 two times already. When i picked up, but the other side just hung up. Be careful!!! Don't pick up again.Is anthing that someone can do to stop this number and do something to caller.

My wife answered and they said it was Columbia House offering us 5 dvd's for $8.00...no thanks, take us off your list.

First time ive received this call... Im really annoyed because I just changed my phone number due to telemarketing calls and had it unlisted. But, the calls do not stop.
