Sometimes they call a dozen times over the course of the day.  My husband has a Master Card with them. We made a major purchase on the card in January I believe it was.  All we want to do now is pay off the balance and cut up the card. We receive no statements whatsoever for this card, and haven't for some time now.As if this isn't bad enough with all of the above, but it's gotten to a point that you can't even understand what they are saying. No point in asking them to slow down as it only makes them talk faster. On occassion they have called here at five or six am;it's lucky that they usually don't get me on the phone as I tell them they can take a flying f**king leap off a tall cliff-then hang up
