Please stay on the line and you will be routed to a supervisor who will conduct an employee customer's relations survey. If you disconnect your immediate supervisor will be contacted regarding your employee performance. This is a mandatory requirement for you performance analysis."

I do have an account with MBNA and this is very interesting. especially considering MBNA was recently bought out by TDCT.In my previous interactions with actual MBNA representatives, these reports makes me wonder if the caller really is from MBNA. It may be someone claiming to be from MBNA, but are they really?Call MBNA or TDCT and report it. They would want to know about these harassing calls. It just doesn't sound like the way I've done business with MBNA and TDCT. Something just doesn't seem right about this entire thing.

This numbers has call numerous time my cell phone.

Keep getting calls from this number.  No one there when I answer.
