Called and hung up immediately when I picked up the phone.  Called back and found out it was 'Doctor's Without Borders', left them a message indicating that it was in fact ignorant to hang up the phone after someone answers it, that I am a member of the Canadian Do Not Call registry and that I would be reporting them to the DNC registry.

Doctors without borders.  If they hung up there must have been a reason.  If they are in the middle of a drive for funds they would never knowingly hang up.

I agree with Tate.'Doctor's Without Borders' or MSF (MÉDECINS SANS FRONTIÈRES) in french is a Nobel Prize winning organization.  Also one of the few I donate to regularly.They never called me before.  This is the first time.  Thought I'd check the internet to see who's the number belongs to first.
