'Doctor's Without Borders' or MSF (MÉDECINS SANS FRONTIÈRES) in french is a Nobel Prize winning organization.  Also one of the few I donate to regularly.

They never called me before.  This is the first time.  Thought I'd check the internet to see who's the number belongs to first.

Called and hung up immediately when I picked up the phone.  Called back and found out it was 'Doctor's Without Borders', left them a message indicating that it was in fact ignorant to hang up the phone after someone answers it, that I am a member of the Canadian Do Not Call registry and that I would be reporting them to the DNC registry.
