got call from this number very suspicious

Definitely from Protectron. We had a false alarm at our office and they called me. I don't understand why the caller ID wouldn't display Protectron though...

They claimed that I had some claim number that needed to be settled. I should call back ASAP...problem is they never answer their call or it is always busy. Perhaps a scam, or someone phishing for confidential data.

This number seems to belong to someone that calls from Protectron

Some one called claiming to be from Protectron regarding "alarm trouble". Told her that I had no such thing. She insisted there was alarm trouble. She asked for my password and gave it (my mistake). She said she will check the problem and call back - but never did. Her number is busy and will not answer.

My alarm company was notified and the password was changed. The alarm company said they never called me and the originating phone number was not theirs. They will investigate through their IT. Be on alert, this is likely a fraudulant call to obtain confidential information. Tell them YOU will call back your alarm company.

This is a Protectron phone number. I was reached twice by Protrectron for a real alarm.
