The phone number (613) 771-2567 is assigned to Bell Canada - ON and the actual exchange location is in Belleville, ON. Technically, the telephone exchange switch is identified as a Central Office or CO.

Called this morning.  Typical telemarketer pause before answering.

Said he was from Stephen Harper's conservative office (in Newfoundland!!), that the address on my polling card was incorrect and that I should go somewhere else in the city (Epworth Avenue) to vote.  Also gave me a number to call to confirm which turns out to be the Nepean West Conservative party office number (I didn't call it).  Gave his name as Ben Galway.

I have called my local Elections Canada office who have confirmed this was bogus, obviously, and the address on my polling card is correct.

Very strange.

I have been called for the past week at least once a day,every day. Never a response.

Just called again and I answered. Telemarketer for my local CPC candidate. Mystery solved!
