This is MBNA fraud service. They notified me that someone used my card WITOUT a PIN #. I live in BC and the it was used in Target Ontario. Card has been cancelled.

Ever since i registered my cell phone number on the national do not call list, i have been getting a lot of these area code 613 calls. ? This is really annoying.
