This is MBNA fraud service. They notified me that someone used my card WITOUT a PIN #. I live in BC and the it was used in Target Ontario. Card has been cancelled.

No message, i called the number back and it was a MBNA extenstion

i searched this number and found out its a landline based in ottawa-hull, ontariofirst time getting this callnever answered
