Silent call .. Thought there was laws to stop this harassment in Canada obviously no one polices the stupid laws politicians wast taxpayer money making up

Missed the call, no message.

This number appears on my phone at least twice a day, three to four times a week.  It usually calls late in the evening when I'm just about to fall asleep.  It rang me up today, Saturday afternoon, and I'm trying to figure out a way to piss these people off.  Is there any way we could hack their system and F***k them up and keep them awake 24hrs a day?

just got a call from (613) 704-1118, rang threw 1 time, then came threw as unknown and then it called back twice back to back........1:40pm and 1:41pm
