"No Name" keeps calling my mobile phone. I never answered it.

Answered call-said hello several times.Got no response so I hung up after about 20 seconds.

I would like to know who is calling and why

Its a credit card collection agency in Ottawa, capital one i think.

This is a lottery winner call like "Heart and Stroke" if your not home they will draw again . you have to be home for them to confirm you have a ticket .
