I received a call from this number claiming that they are working for the prov gov / energy saving dept and asked for bank details to install the power saving device.
I asked for details about the device either through email or website and he said that they are not allowed to provide details to customers!!!
I told him that I am not interested in acuiring the device and he then told me that I have to pay a cancellation fee as a device license was already alocated to me!!
I told him to do what he has to do and I am not paying anything and in fact will report him to the authorities
The caller name was Josh Mclaire and he sounded Asian

yas i recieved a same call from its not like that they are working to save electricity for canada i dont thnik its working the name is josh macclian

Someone call from this number and said the same thing about government saving energy program, his name is Michael Allen ID#ECG71001. Be careful
