Annoying unsolicited ILLEGAL call for lowering interest rates on credit cards. Why doesn't the CRTC cut these people dial tone for infringing the Do Not Call list?

same here. Automated message indicating a company has been trying to reach me for several weeks to lower my credit card interest rates. Once you answer and ask "who is this?" they hang up. They are probably looking for elderly people and phishing credit card #s and info.

Got a call today Saturday March 6, 2010 at 11:55AM. ?Did not answer it fearing it was a scam. Tried to call it however just get a busy signal.
