I just received a call from this number as well no comments made to my answering machine so I assume it is a scam call.would like to know when I am on a do not call list why these call can get threw and who do we contact to have these morons caught. and put an end to the B.S callers.

A fishing scam... threatening pre-recorded messages... have reported them twice now and they are still calling.

I have had several calls from this (613) 693-1293. I returned the call and was abused verbally. Nice customer service!! Anyway, I called 1 +1 866-580-3625, a government number to deal with scam artist. This is a credit card scam, they are based out of U.S. and the authorities on both sides of the border know and are investigating this. You can file a complaint for your last call recieved and they will record and get in touch with you. Do not give the 613 number any information and call the 1 866 number to file a complaint. They will be caught.go leafs go

Annoying unsolicited ILLEGAL call for lowering interest rates on credit cards.  Why doesn't the CRTC cut these people dial tone for infringing the Do Not Call list?
