I pressed 9 instead of 1 and got a live person on the phone - started asking me questions, how many cards did I have, was I behind in payments, how much did I owe, etc.

I cut her off and asked who she was with, a bank, a credit card issuer...?

We're "Product Services", was the answer.

I then hung up.

first  off  you  cannot  dial  it  back  it  is  always  busy.   it is  based  out  of ottawa  613
