Received call on my Rogers cellphone from (613) 686-3035 on Sat.Jan.7 at 5:14PM Ottawa time, I didn't answer. Then one minute later, an Unknown Number called and I also did not answer.

I don't have voicemail on this line so it just rang until they hung up. Hopefully they mark it as an inactive line and don't call again.

I have a very high credit score, pay everything via pre-authorized debit and credit, and I have no debt besides a CIBC mortgage.

Just received a call from this number (613) 686-3035.  Didn't answer it.  Caller was a computer and left a voicemail offering debt reduction services.

SCAM

Called me at work (Gov't).  Debt consolidation message.

Got a call from (613) 686-3035 to my Federal Gov't work number this morning Jan 12-2012.  Didn't answer but was left voicemail about debt stuff.

Same as above, to my unlisted VoIP number.
