I too got their messages, but at least they have taken me off their list when I called.  Haven't heard from them since.

We had a phone call from (613) 686-1157 a lot a times since a few months. They say it is the "Centre d'aide au financement d'entreprises" and invite people to call to 613-686-1157 to get more information

I receive an automatic message every week form this man calling from that number

All businesses need to advertise any and everywhere to get business, but these voice mail ads are very annoying!  Most, if not all don't even bother to take you off their list when you call them.  I hope these guys actually do as they promised as others have said they do.  One can only hope.
