You are getting these and probably a lot of other unwanted calls because the DNC doesn't work. The list has been sold and bought by cos that are scammers as well as telemarketers. When the gov't decided to make this legislation they didn't think of who would be able to buy these lists. Remove your name and number now if you can so that any future owner doesn't have yours.
