Caller called twice.  Claimed to be from CRA.  I suggested the call was suspect and would call them back.  I did not.

Just got the same call, a female voice recording saying something about tax evation & there is a criminal case against me & i will be served by the county sheriffs department today, I need to call them right away. The phone # is (613) 604-9949

I was at my boyfriends place today he got this call! Claiming the sheriff would be dropping by to serve notice.

same thing...called me 4 times today.  don't give them any information.  If they say the cops are showing up in 45 minutes (gotta be a record for tax evasion.)....say something dirty and witty (  try to be clever :) ) and hang up on him.  Piece of garbage.  Call the cops and they'll most likely direct you to the anti fraud center.

got another phone call from a male east indian guy. Wouldn't give us HIS phone# and he hung up.

I wonder if the scammers are going through a Telus BC phonebook?
