This caller makes frequent calls - never any messages left.  Very annoying!

got called by this number at 15:37, called back and there were no answers.

This also has something to do with iQor,which is a collection agency.iQor using local Ottawa relay number (613) 567-3100.They can be reached at any of these numbers1-+1 866-294-17521-+1 877-503-21151-+1 800-811-42141-+1 888-804-8198They're using this number to see if they can relay you a fax,or just to see if the phone record are up to date.Calling (613) 567-3100, (613) 567-3619 will only give you a message saying "this number is not in service"You can try using this local number to get it to stop(613) 567-0231.

I've only been in Canada for two days, gave my cell phone number to only two companies... hotel (Best Western) and car rental company (Enterprise).  Would one of them have sold the number to a marketing agency so quickly?

Just got a call from this number on my cell. Weird as it's unlisted. Guy new where I worked was seeking info, refused request. He definitely had a southern U.S. accent. Called the number back and recording comes on saying the number is not assigned.
