Just had that number come through to me again, but was left a message from the US Border Protection Agency that I was waiting for. However, the number they gave me to call them back at was nothing like this number, and was in Alexandria Bay.

this number keeps calling my house every 3 minutes for the past hour

I just got a Skype account and called my cell...this number came up, but it was just me on skype...

This number called my cell (which is on the do-not-call list) and all that was at the other end was an Asian voice asking "Hello? Hello? Hello? ..."

Caller appeared to have my last name (although I have no idea who this is or why they are attempting to make a call to me which I have to pay to receive).

Appears to be broken (perhaps VoIP misconfigured to give one-way audio)?

this number called and I answered, which I usually don't do when i dont know the number or it says unknown, I said hello several times and got no answer, which is extreamly frustrating because i pay my phone company good money to keep my number private and to protect me from annoying calls such as this, clearly there not doing their job!
