I get called from this number several times since last week but was not able to answer. No messages left.

I've been getting calls from this number for the past 2 days and upon answering the phone, the line immediately cuts or if I pick up the phone and say "hello", nobody responds and a few seconds later, the line cuts off and I hear "BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP". It's very annoying, especially when there is no one on the other end, responding to me and the fact that I've acknowledged the call.
