This is a number provided by a VOIP telephone company to call local from Ontario to international.

I had this number call me this morning.  I didn't hear the phone ring but the answering machine had a message.  It sounded like a young girl and she just said hello a couple of times.

I got called by this number, then got calls from several restaurants in Prince albert, and some wierd 11 digit numbers, which i am guessing are international calls.

I got 25 calls in total in 30 minutes.

I got 24 calls in a 6 minute period. Answered the 25th time, some Arab lady was saying jargon and then switched to a Japanese rant. Seriously, WTF.

This is not a real phone line. I'm pretty sure it's a phone gateway.
