This is a number provided by a VOIP telephone company to call local from Ontario to international.

This is not a real phone line. I'm pretty sure it's a phone gateway.

I had this number call me this morning.  I didn't hear the phone ring but the answering machine had a message.  It sounded like a young girl and she just said hello a couple of times.

I live in CO. and got a call from this number at 12:09 pm.  It rang only once or twice then they must have hung up.
