who s online, plaese confirm identity

Cannot redial / callback number to see who(m) it might be.  Called at 5:50am (PST) aarrgghh...so who took the money from the telemarketing/congress passed law.  I know, the people we elected in office, silly me.

I've been getting calls from this # in Denbigh ON

I got a call from (613) 333-4567 telling me they were Mastercard and had a $100 gift certificate for me to use at any store, like Walmart, and they had the last four digits of my card too. If all this info is correct it is a company called RK West, 4323 E. Cactus Rd., Phoenix, Az, 85032, and they sell vaccum cleaners. Along with telemarketing and no telling what other scams.
So they are not really from Ontario Canada, but I suspect, they use this number to call in the US to get away with evading US law.

2nd time late night call asking me if I'm from the Phillipines. I'm from Alabama...think I would SOUND like someone from the Phillipines. Voice is Asian.
