keep calling today like 7 or 8 times with fax tone

called 2 times my cell so far, fax machine sound !!

call every day many times any time, just beep. very stressfull.

Got a fax from them shilling a trade show.

Have called my business 27 times in the past 1/2 hour.  No one is on the line. Tried to call back and get a recording that the line is not in service.

First off, I would like to apologize to everyone who is receiving these calls. My name is Louise Rubletz and I am the Program Manager of the CME SMART Program.  

These faxes are coming from J2 Global in Ottawa - 1-+1 888-733-0000.  

I would like to assure you that we are NOT the company who is sending this fax.  For the past several weeks, we have been investigating this issue with the company who is sending this out. We believe that there is a glitch in their system and have them looking into this.  We have also logged a complaint with CRTC.  

The company that is sending this is J2 Global otherwise known as protus.com or myfax.com.  They are are fax service company located in Ottawa Ontario.  

Please do one of two things:  call CRTC to log a complaint at 1-+1 877-249-2782 (prompt 3) or call J2 Global directly at 1-888-733-0000.  You will need to have the date and time of the call(s).

I hope this helps you out that J2 Global can rectify this issue as soon as possible.

This FAX machine started calling my unlisted home number last December 2011. I live in New Mexico in the United States of America and this call originates from Canada. Caller ID shows it as an 'unknown caller'. It was so often during the day that I got to recognize the number and just let it ring, figuring that the auto-dialer fax machine would store it as an unusable number. Now the machine is calling 'after-hours' when I am in bed. The United States FCC cannot do anything about it since the call originates from Canada and Canada won't take a complaint from the United States. A typical "Catch-22" situation, for those who are old enough to remember that movie.

This number keeps calling and calling, apparently trying to send a fax.  And my phone doesn't have a fax hooked up to it.  Very annoying.Thanks for any help you might lend.

They have called me for three days about 7 times a day and its with faxing noises.  How do we report this number with a complaint?
