I got a call from this number 2 times in 2 day. I called rogers and asked how this was possible the guy told me it was a collection agency. this freaked me out because i don't owe anyone money (i hope) I never got a fax sound but im wondering if maybe there is a scam going on somehow tided to this number.

I just received a call from this number and it was Rogers completing a survey on their services.

I am at work, I cannot be accepting calls while at work, I did not answer it, I called it back on my break and it was " the number is not in service "this is really bothering me. If it was a fax calling, wouldn't it have handshake or fax sounds. ?

Just got a call from these guys again - they've called 2-3x a day for the past week, and when I answer there's no one there... a very poorly configured predictive dialer.Anyway - the company is called Reliance, and they were trying to sell something. I already have a hot water tank rented from them, but I didn't listen to her long enough to let her tell me what she was trying to sell before instructing her never to call me again.

this number called me 12 times this morning sunday october 19th 2008
one after another exactly 1 minute apart when i called it back of course it was a not in serive message and when i answered the 11th call  it was a werid beeping sound... what am i suppose to thynk heere?

A guy called claiming to be a Bell rep, offereing 3 Solo phones for free with just a $25 per month plan.  My fiance said she wasn't interested and the phone was in my name anyway so he should call back, the guy said he could only call back within the hour.  He kept asking for her SIN so he could do a credit check, even after she repeatedly told him no.  He said something about our Bell services, which is funny because we do not use Bell at all.

Scammer!
