I received this number calling me at 11:30 p.m.when I went to call it the next day...it said that number has been disconnected....Now I don't believe anyone will call to tell me why this happened......just wanted to report it

I receive calls from this number at my work place almost everyday. When I answer nobody speaks. and after a few second of silence the line gets disconnected. When I call back it plays " The number you've reached is not in service - this is s recording". I wonder how this type of automated calls pass through our exchange and reach my extention. Ususally, if someone wants to reach me at work he has to dial the exchange and then dial an extension. Is it possible to follow these steps through automated process?

By the way, I don't owe money to anyone and I don't use Fido or Rogers service. But the skype incoming number is generally ends with 0000. I've a friend who calls me regularly from Skype and I see different numbers all ends with 0000.

Does anyone have any clue about this spammer?

For me this was allegedly Scotiabank calling me for a survey.  I hung up.  Not sure if it was a legit call or not.  They tried calling back again.

I received a call from this number August 14... I answered it and there was nothing on the line. I called back and got a 'not in service' message

(613) 232-7437 called at 4:10 PM today. This is some kind of relay number
that you can not return calls too. It is most likely used by many outfits
wanting it to appear that the call is local. It it used by everyone including Collection Agencies such as IQOR or the former CBCL; Canadian Bonded Credits Ltd. It's a faked number or spoofed number from Canadian Bonded Credit in Toronto ON. or the now called IQOR attempting to appear local to ottawa residents. Don't even call the number back, you will only hear that "this number is not in service", But it is in service! When I dialed *57, It said; "The number has been traced". So everyone should do this if you get a call from this number. So, GET IT ON YOUR CALL TRACE LISTS with your local Phone Company.

Another New Note For Today: +1 877-503-2115 called at 5:10 PM today.
One hour later I get this call from IQOR +1 877-503-2115).
First 613-232-7437 called at 4:10 PM
then 877-503-2115 called at 5:10 PM
Both calles were traced!!! It's Them!!! Who else?

This call came in from someone supposedly representing TD Canada Trust asking who made the last transaction at the bank etc.Obviously a scammer.
