Just received a call & the lady said she was conducting a survey for TD bank. After asking my husband if he had been in a branch recently, he refused to conduct the survey.

Yeah I got a call from this number tonight and I didn't answer it.  When I called back, it was not in service LOL.  Same as you guys.

Definitely not a collection agency because I don't owe money. 3 Calls received from that number over the weekend and I sent them all to VM but no message was left.
