Think this number has something to do with a survey page. ?I signed up for it and since then have been called.  Possibly talking to you cell phone or phone provider you could get them added to a do not distub or do not solict list.

I get a call from this number every day. It is a fax calling

If your getting a call from this number it's probably because you owe someone money. It's a number rented out to collection. Total Credit Recovery Services. More than likely Student Loans.

but the calls on the 4th and 5th left no message or fax sound.

Someone has called me from this number twice in the past week. No message is left. I can assure you it is not a collection agency because I don't owe anyone or any organization any money (except my mortgage). If it is a collection agency, then they are calling the wrong person. But, I suspect it's a spammer.

Long distance carrier that patches calls through.  Not a spammer, or a collection agency (necessarily).  It is a 'skype' type internet assisted number though.
