Got a call from this number.  Nobody there.
Called back, got a not in service message.

(613) 232-7437 called at 4:10 PM today. This is some kind of relay numberthat you can not return calls too. It is most likely used by many outfitswanting it to appear that the call is local. It it used by everyone including Collection Agencies such as IQOR or the former CBCL; Canadian Bonded Credits Ltd. It's a faked number or spoofed number from Canadian Bonded Credit in Toronto ON. or the now called IQOR attempting to appear local to ottawa residents. Don't even call the number back, you will only hear that "this number is not in service", But it is in service! When I dialed *57, It said; "The number has been traced". So everyone should do this if you get a call from this number. So, GET IT ON YOUR CALL TRACE LISTS with your local Phone Company.Another New Note For Today: +1 877-503-2115 called at 5:10 PM today. One hour later I get this call from IQOR +1 877-503-2115). First 613-232-7437 called at 4:10 PM then 877-503-2115 called at 5:10 PMBoth calles were traced!!! It's Them!!! Who else?

When people use online services to such as Skype to make phone calls, the call goes through local telephone line in the recipient's area.  This is the number for one of the lines that Skype uses.  Thus different companies (especially if they were calling from abroad and didn't want to pay the long distance fee) or individual people all go through the same phone number.

Just to let you all know, this number is a PRE-PAID CALLING CARD.  When someone buys a pre-paid calling card and makes a call it goes through local routing; the local routing uses one way a line as it's not actually an active number, this is why you can't call back and is the reason why it says the number is not in service...because it's not.  As far as the line being dead on the other line, this may be to poor connection on the other end (a cel phone user perhaps).  So folks don't fret next time this number calls you, it's probably just the mother of the illegitimate child you fathered while on spring break trying to collect some child support.  Cherish these moments, having children can be a wonderful experience! ;)

Someone has called me from this number twice in the past week. No message is left. I can assure you it is not a collection agency because I don't owe anyone or any organization any money (except my mortgage). If it is a collection agency, then they are calling the wrong person. But, I suspect it's a spammer.
