I get a call from this number after being stupid and giving my number to someone I don't know.  This guy talks to me when he calls but for a very short period of time.  He says he is from Britain, apparently his name is Terry Phillip!!  He says it is his company phone; however it is a local call.  When I try calling back same thing the number is not in service.

Someone has called me from this number twice in the past week. No message is left. I can assure you it is not a collection agency because I don't owe anyone or any organization any money (except my mortgage). If it is a collection agency, then they are calling the wrong person. But, I suspect it's a spammer.

Something wrong with your account?  A likely story.  More likely somebody trying to phish you via Skype phone so the call's untraceable.

I got a call from this number 2 times in 2 day. I called rogers and asked how this was possible the guy told me it was a collection agency. this freaked me out because i don't owe anyone money (i hope) I never got a fax sound but im wondering if maybe there is a scam going on somehow tided to this number.

This call came in from someone supposedly representing TD Canada Trust asking who made the last transaction at the bank etc.Obviously a scammer.

I don't get it... the number keeps calling my friends phone and it beeps at us.  We know its not a fax number.  We just finished watching the movie One Missed Call and are pretty freaked out!!!!!  I JUST DONT GET IT.........
