This is a scam regarding credit cards.

please get them to quit calling and hanking up, or please give name and/or address so I can
"convince" them that they dont want to treat poeple like this anymore.

I called back from a voip phone 2 min later. The message says , This number is no longer in service and in french as well. They are spoofing this number . Nowadays you can take a false number. What is the truth anymore??Be careful out there in cyberland.

Called but did not answer this number as it was unknown.  It's called a few times now.
