I believe "Newspapers" -If you can call EMC that - are except from abiding with the DNCL.

Called here ?(for the first time today) no message. Agreed, likely telemarketer or a scam.

Not sure why they called, but I called the number back, followed the directions to go to 'distribution' and ended up with a voice message saying all lines are busy. Metroland Media is the company which puts out a community newspaper called the EMC in Lanark County.
