The same thing happened to us!  Lady called us and asked "Are you moving within a year, or will you be opening another location"  When we told her no she just said "Thank you & goodbye.  We tried to private dial the number backl but it wouldn't accept calls.  Some kind of scam I am sure!

Did a bit a sleuthing around - we also just received one of these calls. Looks like they smile and dial for  BMR Leads, who sells (guess what?) leads of companies that have recently moved or about to. Both the number this call came from and BMR Leads are in the Vancouver area.

I just had the same thing happen, so I thought I would do a little this and a little that.  I have worked at a phone company in the past.  So, I know a little hints here and there...lol.  I was able to access their voicemail and listen to all the voicemails in their in box, this is definitely a no good company.  So many angry messages were left for them, I did a little extra as well.  I think I won't say just in case it comes back to me :-)

More info - the number traces back to Mikoda T Office. On BMR's website, a Trudy Mikoda describes herself as the owner.Reverse lookup for Trudy Mikoda in Vancouver produces the following below. I wonder if she accepts telemarketing calls at her home. Mikoda, Trudy 3255 King Edward Ave WVancouver, BC(604) 738-4892

I agree! I am a nite owl so calling all nite would not be a problem for me.lol

We moved offices and now receive all sorts of unsolicited calls.  This particular company is based in British Columbia, Canada.  When you answer the office phone, right away the woman asks "are you moving within a year? where do you plan to move?" etc..when I answer who is this?  They hang up automatically.  So rude and a waste of time!!!
