This F***ing number calls me all the time!! Stop Calling fuc*er

We get calls from this number sometimes as frequently as 5 times a week.  Most of the time there is no answer.  A few times we have spoken to someone who says they are from the cancer society or the firemen's association selling tickets for a magic show.  When we get a person we asked to be taken off their call list.  
We've decided to answer and then hang up as soon as it connects.  Feels rude but this is a real nuisance we are trying to discourage.

I have been receiving calls from this  # several times over a period of days @ differing time  ..comes up private #  tried calling  back  and receive a strange tone sound.

This is like Vancouver's default number when they can't figure out the caller ID. It sometimes also appears to be when I receive international calls.

its a wierd routing number of some sort because it comes up when my sister calles me from usa to cnada and it came up when my sons dad called from usa and it came up when scotiabank called
