I get a call from this number everyday. ?person on the end says they are calling form rogers and its a customer service courtesy call.  I asked them to remove my number from the calling list as I don't want to receive theese calls.  the paerson twice said they will do and won't call again but I'm still receiving these calls.  I think its fraudulant.

I got a call from this number, and when I answered no one was there.  I answered, HELLO three times, and nothing.  About a minute later though, I got a message on SKYPE that my daughter had tried to call from Germany and I had answered and said HELLO three times but couldn't hear her.I called her back on SKYPE and sure enough it was her that had called.  I assume that the number (604) 855-7584 is a number that routes SKYPE calls.  This could be why you get the long busy signal when you try to call it back, and that no one can trace the number to anyone.  This means that you are either getting a legitimate call from someone you know from SKYPE and it just doesn't connect through to you.It is also true then that if the call connects and someone speaks to you and tries to scam you, that they are using SKYPE to make these types of calls.Hope this explanation helps someone figure out who may be calling.

Someone phoned looking for my wife but wouldn't leave a message and said he would leave her a message on her cel. she did get a message on her cel right after but the number showed up as something different but ehen I described his voice it seems like the same guy. I agree with the person who thinks it's a default for a blocked number...

I just received a call from this number and it was a marketing call for a special event at The Brick.  After I answered there was a long pause then a recorded message came on.  I have given them permission to contact me for special events so all is good.

It is some kind of phone exchange, i just got it today and a message from a collection agency that they had changed their name...it was legit for me.

just got  a fraud cheque from the guy and its apparently pretty  popular frauding agency. cops cant do anything  cause of the dial tone. its people going to offer  work from home or something like that dont do anything cause i almost got caught selling tires to them. just thought i would warn  whoever get s calls from these guys.    all i  know is that the names james robertson is one fake name and so is something bernard. so be careful
