it appears on id caller when we receive international call and some times alady ask for credit card

This is like Vancouver's default number when they can't figure out the caller ID. It sometimes also appears to be when I receive international calls.

keep getting calls from this 3 on my cell phone too!  usually during business hours, so I miss it.
this time I caught it and it's some voice activated system wanting you to press #s to speak to someone about an expired car warranty.  What a load of rubbish!  I just hung up.  Isn't there a way to get these con artists?

Just got a call from this number.

Computer voice said i need to extend my warranty on my car. funny thing is my extended warranty is almost up so i pressed one. then a live guy came up to confirm my car and then i asked him what car they were talking about.

I told him IDK you tell me, your the guy that told me my warranty is up. then he hung up on me.

I also have received calls from this number, but in two different places. First, I get it on my cell phone. I don't answer, and sometimes I get a voicemail afterwards that is nothing but static.Second, at work, when someone from our head office calls us, their actual phone number is disguised for some reason, and comes up as this number on our internal phone display.I suspect that the number itself, (604) 855-7584, is a default cover-up number when someone is on caller id blocking.

i got a call from this number on my cell phone, i pick up and no one says anything. its a waste of my minutes. called it back and you get a long a** busy tone.
