keep getting calls from this 3 on my cell phone too!  usually during business hours, so I miss it.
this time I caught it and it's some voice activated system wanting you to press #s to speak to someone about an expired car warranty.  What a load of rubbish!  I just hung up.  Isn't there a way to get these con artists?

Hi,I just received a call from this number and it was a marketing call for a special event at The Brick. ?After I answered there was a long pause then a recorded message came on.  I have given them permission to contact me for special events so all is good.Cheers

The number is a default number for blocked numbers.  When my husband calls from work from out on the work site, this is the number that shows.  You can not call it back-you get a long beep.

Received a call from this number today.  Nobody on the other end of the line.  Did a return call and got the same dial tone.

I received a call from this number on my cell today saying they were calling to welcome me to Fido and that the needed to confirm some info with me.  I called Fido in the evening and this number is not on there list.  Fido tried calling and could not get threw.  The same number called me back in the evening and I argued with the lady on the phone cause she wanted to confirm the type of phone plan I had.  I told her to shove it.

some days only one call other days 4 or 5 times  today so far 3 calls and the last 2 were right after another.....
