I had a charge on my account for KNOBKNOCKERS and the phone number was listed as +1 855-604-2020 and when I tried to call it, the phone line was dead. Anyone else have this problem? They stole $107 from my bank account.

I got a call from this number, and when I answered no one was there. I answered, HELLO three times, and nothing. About a minute later though, I got a message on SKYPE that my daughter had tried to call from Germany and I had answered and said HELLO three times but couldn't hear her.
I called her back on SKYPE and sure enough it was her that had called. I assume that the number (604) 855-7584 is a number that routes SKYPE calls.
This could be why you get the long busy signal when you try to call it back, and that no one can trace the number to anyone.
This means that you are either getting a legitimate call from someone you know from SKYPE and it just doesn't connect through to you.
It is also true then that if the call connects and someone speaks to you and tries to scam you, that they are using SKYPE to make these types of calls.
Hope this explanation helps someone figure out who may be calling.

I get calls from this number all the time. The first time a lady told me that it was for my University in Abbotsford and that they wanted me to do a survey about the quality of my education.. I told them I didn't have time and so they offered to email it to me and I agreed. I didn't get around to it and so they keep calling me and leaving me messages asking me to take the survey. Another time I got a call from this number, and it was creditors looking for my ex. I told them to f*ck off and they said they would take my number off their list and they have still called my maybe 20 times since. I think it is a cover # for a blocked call.

I got a call from this no too...can we trace it...weirdos out there with too much time on their hands...

this number has been calling my cellphone for quite some time now. never leaves a message just air.. really annoyed

The number is a default number for blocked numbers. When my husband calls from work from out on the work site, this is the number that shows. You can not call it back-you get a long beep.
