this number has been calling my cellphone for quite some time now. never leaves a message just air.. really annoyed

it appears on id caller when we receive international call and some times alady ask for credit card

i got a call from this number on my cell phone, i pick up and no one says anything. called it back and you get a long as* busy tone. I keep getting these damn calls
had enough
some days only one call other days 4 or 5 times ?today so far 3 calls and the last 2 were right after another.....
