This number keeps calling and hangs up. They're calling 4 times a day. Never leaves messages. If I pick up, I either hear nothing or a woman speaking veeeery slowly and asking for someone who does'nt live here.

Very annoying call!!! Please stop this call right now!!!! Waiting ppl times....never left any messages. I called back, no one pick up, just a voice talking on the phone. Very Very annoying!!!

Ditto -- precisely.  My call back cleared things up:  this is Strategic Communications, a company that does market surveys.

This person continuously calls and asks for my father. If we say he's home, they hang up. But mostly they hang up right away after we answer. It's very annoying and they've been calling for 3 weeks now, almost every day
