I've also received a call from this number asking if i was interested in the summer internship job or whatever.
It was kinda freaky cuz he knew my name and my faculty as well.
What should i do?

Some guy asking for people to attend a hearing for Southwestern Summer Internship seminar or something going down at UBC. Sounded a bit fishy, and they got my number by stealing it from a friend of mine. Don't be surprised if they know your name and say a friend recommended you (which your friend likely did not).

I got a call too. From (604) 736-8084 I don't like getting involved in these sorts of things. If you do get a call, do your research. I think it's called south western advantage. I just called back and told them I couldn't make the info sessions. Apparently you sell reference materials door to door.

My gosh... same here. I'm not sure whether it's a scam or not, but they knew my name and faculty. His name is Nib, if that helps at all. They're having an info meeting, but he never told me which company it was for. Anyone know anything about this internship?
