Same "bull" message - "you signed up for an on line survey" to opt out press 3? Never press any number they just confirm you answer.The phone companies have to start blocking this crap. I have over 400 on my list of crap numbers . My phone won't allow me to block nothing close to that. The phone provider will set up a blocked call system, extra at $ 8.00 month where you can block up to 20 numbers. These scam artists keep changing numbers and area codes so you  can never catch up.
