Who is calling and why?

Hi Concerned CitizenYes in a way you are correct, but I did contact them and asked not to be called again.  Yea I had 3 months repreeve and they are starting to phone again.  they phone & when you answer, they hang up. Their phone number is diplayed, but with no company name.
