Apparently, either the Telus Privacy issues page or the threat to send them to the BBB worked... I haven't had a junk fax in 2 days.

I have followed thier removal instructions and faxed the following message.Your non-compliance has been documented.  There is a cost of $200.00 to recieve faxes at my number. Any faxes sent by your company to [phone number] will constitute a contract, a bill will be issued and action will be taken if not paid within 30 days.

I have been receiving 5 to 10 faxes everyday. I am frustrated because I have to call for removal of every fax received. Thank you for providing All Points Solutions Tel : (604) 689-5456. I have just call them not to send any more fax to us.

I told the man I never wanted to see a fax from them again.  According to the TELUS pages, they are in violation because their name and contact information are not displayed. He also told me 7 days is the removal standard.  We'll see if this works; I told him I'd be sending him to the Better Business Bureau if he didn't comply.

This phone number belongs to All Points Solutions, main phone number (604) 689-5456. I have called & asked to have my fax# removed. We'll see if they actually comply!

I have also called and faxed them to ask thatr we will be removed. We get 5 to 10 someday.
