I had a missed call from this number recently and the caller stayed on the phone leaving a message without talking. You could hear people speaking in Chinese in the background. For some reason, I thought this call was a little odd. So, if they call again I will ignore there calls.

This is a routing number for calling cards from outside Vancouver. ?So it could be telemarketing or a private call.

This number must be a switch board number, simply because I got a call from this number today and it is actually from Indeed.com. Every few weeks, one of Indeed account manager calls our company as a courtesy to check  if we need any help as we post a lot of jobs on Indeed. So judging by all the comments on this thread, I am assuming this number is probably an outgoing number from a switchboard.

I just got a call as well: 12:15pm april 8th 2009Called it back but got a fast busy tone.btw if this is a routing number how are some people claiming to be able to call it and get someone that answers?
