Have been getting calls from this number and they dont answer when you pick up.All hours of the night.

This is a routing number for calling cards from outside Vancouver.  So it could be telemarketing or a private call.

I just got a call from this number 3 times. I answered it the first time and it was a was Dr.Phil. LOL. It sounded like a recording though so I hung up and it called back twice but never left a message.
