I just got a call from this number and a Mandarin speaking Chinese lady asking me if I'm interested in watches. I told her I don't have a watch and I'm not intetested in participating in any upcoming promotion events. She's a polite phone manner but I think I should register my cell phone number on the Do Not Call List.
