My cellphone received the call from (604) 602-9478, but the signal was very bad, and I dailed back, says "Not in service". But I remember the voice, a woman speak Mandarin with a strong Taiwan Dialet accent.

My husband got the the call from this number again, I noticed this woman. She said we won a price, $138,00 USD. They opened a resort on Pender Island around Vancouver Island. I logged into "the company's website", most of the the pictures are come from Mexico. It's not only funny--think who is going to sunbath by the sea in the chilling Canada all year around, but also show that they ARE the scams.

The past couple of days I've been getting a call from this number and whenever I pick up, the other line hangs up, so yesterday when they called and did the same thing, my dad called the number back and it said the number wasn't in service.

This number came from att caller. This was a int'l call from us to canada. I believe this has something to do with long distance, or roaming provider. It's happen a few time. I would call my friend living in the us if he just called, and he did.

THis number showed up when my buddy called me on Skype from bermuda.

Called me on my cell # @ 4AM! Woke me up but didn't leave a message. I live in the same area code, so what are they doing calling at that time?!
