Got this call 305 afternoon, saying I won a prize, is this real?

Just got a call from some guy from this number asking for "Alex" - which isnt me. I hung up. First time call.

this # called with a woman sayin "hello?" repeatedly

this is starting to get a bit ridiculous, I called my phone provider to complain and see if i could get this number blocked, there is nothing they can do..
What is the point of having a pvt number. Whoever you are calling from this number all you are doing is irritating the hell out of people.

I heard the phone was ringing....But I didn't pick it up  0.0
I called back later but no one picked up the phone hahahaha

This is a SKYPE number or carrier routed number, say if someone in texas calls over NexTel and it gets passed through Telus or something. It is not one person. It could be misdials, could be your brother, could be anyone. SKPE is also very possible.
