This is Citruso carpet care. They only call you to see if you are ready for their services especially if you have used them before. If you answer and ask them to take you off the list they will, otherwise they will ask if they can call you back in a month or so. & they will. I usually say try me in 3 months or a set time when I may need that reminder to get my carpets done.   They are pretty good. And reasonably priced with Eco friendly products that don't sting your bare feet after the cleaning like some products do.

Received many calls from this number. They never leave a message. Unpublished land line number from Newton area of Surrey, BC. I did not contact them.

I also get calls from this company -- a carpet place -- "Citruso Carpet Care Inc". They call several times a week, and never leave a message. Annoying enough to ensure I would deliberately not choose them if I was needing carpet care.

I get calls from them because I did use their services to clean my carpets once.  They did a good job.  But since then they call fairly regularly.  I would rather just call if and when I decide I need to have my carpets cleaned, I'd rather they didn't keep calling every few months.

And you came on here over 2 years after the previous post, why?  This is a site for reporting unknown, unwanted and scam calls and sharing information, so what brought you here?  Is this company about to start a new cold call marketing ploy and you have been told to give a good impression of them before the complaints start rolling in?
