unknown number calling

person called today with the name w.bullock as well on caller id. i answered but no reponse

Do you know who W. Bullock is? we just received a call from that number today.

Phone number shows W Bullock on screen

Number has shown up twice for a "W. Bullock."    I have not answered in case it is a telemarketer.    The person never leaves a message.    I saw on another website (when googling this phone number), that another person had a call from this number too.
