Several calls from this number, very persistent! Would like to be taken off their call list

Received an unsolicited call from this outfit. ?Female caller stated she was calling about my furnace.   When I asked her to explain what prior business I had conducted with the company, she said she had no idea.  I told her I haven't done business with the company;  advised her my number is on the Do Not Call list; and that I wanted her to delete it from the company's files, and to respect my right to privacy.  She said she didn't know about that list, stating that there are many kinds of list ... and that's when I terminated the call.
