Got a call from them today saying they were Dell computers after I had placed an order - said they could give me a better price if I would give them my account information. I said NO. Definitely Phishing for info.

Got a call from this number answer they wouldn't say anything.  Called it back got it was disconnect...how weird tried severalt times got same thing however had contacted Dell earlier and gave them my number so got chance after reading this blog it comes from Dell marketers.........so maybe we shouldn't give them our numbers.  Then right after my call when no one said anything I got an unknown call and they wanted to talk to my BF who had called Dell and gave his name I did not give mine when I used his phone.

This number has called my office the past two days looking for information on other companies in the building.  When asked who they were, they replied "Telus" International and they were compiling information on business migration in the area.  Then they started asking questions about our address and employees.  I called back the number and got a weird out of service message. I've come to the conclusion that they are up to no good, fortunately we have caller ID and will not be accepting calls from this number any longer.

I got a call from Brit. Columbia after being cut off with a Tech rep with Bell Computer.  It was the rep calling me back to resume our call.  AT the time, I thought maybe it was the woman's name, as I did not remember what she told me her name was. I did not give it much thought, but while checking numbers on my caller ID, I came across it and saw that people were concerned.  It was not a marketing call for me.  This was a legitimate call

Left voice messgae for 40 seconds.  It was just a bunch of keyboard input and voices in the backround.  Eventually went silent.

recieved about 8 calls in a row spaced 3- 10min apart with background noise and people talking in a different language.  I had called the 1800 number to order a Dell laptop and even recieved a call while I was on hold with them.  After completing my order this number called me back 7 more times withing a 30 min window.  When I call the number back I get a busy signal or a "number no longer working" message.  Very strange....wonder if the dell sales database has been hacked into by someone.
