Sample complaints we have found for (604) 530-8908

UM

UM they've been calling my line since 2008 for a phony Diamond parking ticket.  I think it's funny.  They've even called and left their recording on Sundays which they are not allowed to do in BC.   Doesn't bug me cause I just press delete.

Company is collecting for Diamond Parking. They are Wiggins Adjustments 19985 68 Ave. Langley. BCV2Y 3B7They keep calling even though we answer be pressing #4 which they say they will adjust their records.But they do not make the adjustment and keep calling.

This company has called me at least 20 times "on behalf of your creditor" regarding "a delinquent account".  The voice mail message provides no information about the supposed debt or the supposed creditor but asks me to provide my cheque or credit card details to settle the debt using the touch tone phone.  It suggests that I contact the company for further information, but no telephone number or address is provided in the message.  When I try to ring the number on my call display I get "this number is not in service".It sounds for all the world like a scam.  I do not owe money that I am aware of.   If this is a scam, then I'm not falling for it.  If it is not a scam, then the unnamed "creditor" and the unknown "delinquent account" will never be paid.  I am not about to provide my financial details to a nameless, faceless company to do with what they will.

THAT is a beautiful response.  I'll get Telus to act on it.  I've been reading here how Wiggins Adj. will continue for 18+ months.  I am SO sick of the robot that continues calling with her incomplete message.  It just won't stop!  I've left messages asking for proof that I even owe anything ~ I cannot remember even being at this place when they say, I've talked to the Better Business Bureau...they suggest calling 'Consumer Protection BC' @ 1.+1 888-564-9963.Thanks for the other info.

My name is Marcel & Linda Galipeau...We keep getting calls from your automated service, & the phone no: 1-(604) 530-8908, is what it comes under.. An it states that we owe you in the amount of $160.& change, an how do we wish to pay, with no option to speak with a representative....   When Linda answers the phone, it states that you are a collection's agencies, an that we owe you from a purchase on a credit card, that we haven't paid, n was sent to for collections,????? Well Linda is my X-wife, an we have been legally separated since 2004, an divorced since then.. We have not lived together since Nov./2003,  an i have been on permanent disability since June of 2002.. By the earlier fall of that year, i lost all my creditability an all credit cards an issued by  Equifax  a R9 A9 credit rating. so since then seeing that i have never had a credit card since then, in either both of our names, how is it that we can owe this money. We have never gotten a bill or a statement from who or what credit card company that we apparently owe this money to,??? The phone no. that your service keeps calling is 1-(250) 862-9778. This is Linda's phone no.Is there some how that you can mail to us all the information along with a copy of the signed transaction on which credit card company that was used an what did we bye.. We both believe that this is a error in your system, an we would like to clear this matter up as soon as possible.. For we have settled all our debits with all credit card companies since then, an why after 9 years do we all of a sudden owe this money in collection. Linda lives at 110-177 Houghton st, Kelowna BC, an i live at 1680 Joe Riche Rd., Kelowna BC V1P-1L9..As i was saying that we would like to clear up this error so that it doesn't end up at Equifax or Trans Union, an destroys her credit rating, an mine that i am trying to rebuild..   If you could please check into this an e-mail me back with some answers, an if it doesn't come from your company, then we can get the R.C.M.P. an my Lawyer involved in checking this out as a fraudulent company an were either victims of identity thief or a scam operation....                            Thanking you in advance                              Marcel D. Just call head office and get all redneck on them. (604) 530-0211. Worked for me and it turned out in the end my name was actually Josh(though i didnt let them know that) and not Min, although it took a lot of arguing and ignorant remarks on my part but you have to be a d*ck to f*** a***oles!Just call the number and unleash hell. If they hang up call back. It's been 2 hours now and no call. I was averaging 3 per hour all afternoon and evening.
