They call 5 times a day... I have no idea what it is about and I have no desire to talk to any one who is so aggressive.

if you just call (604) 530-0211and talk to a representative, just give them the number that they are calling you by.. and they will say who they are looking for..i just got off the phone with them. and they were looking for an Aleksandar, but the last name is different, so yes they just call everyone w/ the same first name to hope they hit the right person.. just call them up. give them your phone number that they are calling you on. and tell them to remove you off there list cause clearly its the wrong number lol

They call all the time but there is no answer on the other end !! Why bother ?? I gave taught my kids to just hit end call !! I have phoned these numbers back and they are just a busy tone hmmm

THAT is a beautiful response. I'll get Telus to act on it. I've been reading here how Wiggins Adj. will continue for 18+ months. I am SO sick of the robot that continues calling with her incomplete message. It just won't stop! I've left messages asking for proof that I even owe anything ~ I cannot remember even being at this place when they say, I've talked to the Better Business Bureau...they suggest calling 'Consumer Protection BC' @ 1.+1 888-564-9963.

I have received a letter from Wiggins Adjustment last friday (December 17) asking me to pay $108.00 for a parking infarction that happened 2 years ago, dated February 27,2008. I tried calling their local number as well as their 1 800 number during the weekends but no one is in the office, it just ask you to leave your number and account number. I did left my number but no one called me back on monday. I was so worried about it, that I decided to call them to clarify things. I called the (604) 530-0211 after following the prompt I was transferred to a live person. I ask her about the demand letter they sent me because I don't recall receiving any notification or ticket from Diamond Parking. I told her that I am usually on holidays during that time. Its been my routine to take a 2 weeks vacation starting from the 23rd of February until early march. She reasoned out that somebody might have use my car, which could be a possibility, but I just realized that my husband was also out of the country, he did not returned until the 18th of march. She said that she is going to put a note in my account and I will have until the new years to settle it. But 2 days after I received a call from (604) 530-8904, it sound so weird, it ask you to press one if person is not available or 2 not the right person, I really have a hard time understanding the instructions. Annoyed by it, I decided to look up the phone number from 411 and it turned out to be Wiggins Adjustments. I was surprised to learn that a lot of people are having problems with this company, In a sense, its a good thing for me because it gives me an assurance that I am not the only one having issues with them and at the same time gives me an insight regarding the legitimacy of the company.I really do appreciate all the information that had been posted. It gives me an idea how to deal with them next they call me. I am pretty sure they are going to call me again because they thought I have fallen into their scam.

i kept getting their calls 6 times a day, finally i called them and they took off my number. but the thing is this lady i spoke to immediately told me she would take off my number. did not even ask me to pay for something did not even ask how much i owed, since i don't even know myself. for only 2 days they haven't called. now starting yesterday they call but there is no one on the line. just silence. 6 times yesterday with a silent call and 2 times just now. has anyone had this before? just the silence? i don't understand what is wrong with these morons. they call for my grandmother who is 80 years old, doesn't even drive and doesn't speak english. so irritating. now its not even night they call, its during the morning.
