I got a call today around 2pm on my cell number, but it didn't leave a message.The caller ID just shows the number only. Only rang 3 times then stopped.

rep tells you your name was selected in a draw for $x, and that you've won a,b,c entry level prizes.  

your name is also selected for a grand prize of $y, and all that is required at the moment is to tell the rep which entry level prize you'd like to claim right now.

I've blocked these bastid's # so at least my cell phone doesn't ring. You know it's a scam when they don't leave a message.
