i called back and a telus message reports that the number is not in use. must be a spoofed caller id.

keep calling regarding my credit card. is a scam and should be taken out of service by the provider.

Just got the call...updat my Profile info??? The credit. Add companies have everything they need from me and they wouldn't have some moron cold calling. The guy I talked asked which credit card I'd want to update??? Really, that screams of scam! If you call me to update my credit card info you'd have my number. Don't call me again!

J'ai répondu puis appuyé sur le 1 comme ils disait puis une dame m'a répondu et j'ai commencé à leur dire en anglais que c'est eux qui m'ont appelé et que je ne sais pas c'est pourquoi puis ça a raccroché. J'aurais dû raccrocher bien avant!

well they call....they have inefficient monitoring to bother to answer...out of date phone equip at their end...but if they are spoofing / faking the caller id number which is very likely with voip and stuff then we won't have much but to just list them hear to help others. Police cannot operate outside of Cda. Nor can the do not call list...look for lots of foreign telemarketing or matchstick men to do same thing even if you are on DNS...only works(and rarely) with legit Cdn companies.  Fraudsters don't care about the caller id squak, the DNS list, or anything as they are just that.  NEVER GIVE ANY CREDIT CARD DATA or if you want to  have fun give them a series of the same number...see if they are paying attention...like 16 ones(1) or something else....but seriously they are not even worth the fun.  Keep id'ng them so hopefully most of Cda will give them a 'warm goodbye' and they get real jobs.  Don't spam all the people you know...but remind your family and friends regularly not to fall for this crap...we are friendly in Cda...we are not stupid.  That is the message they need to get!
