I received a call from the same number. Talked with them and stressed my concerns about the call being a possible scam and the warnings we are all so familar with while utilizing ebay. When I refused to answer their questions they said that alternative measures would be taken against my acount, and they reassured me they wouldnt need any passwords or sensitive information. Just simply my user ID and one item I was selling for cross reference purposes....As soon as I answered the question they hung up on me...How rude!!

It is a scam! Ebay is not in the business of calling people. Do not talk to these people. If ebay calls you, it has to be from a toll free number.I got a call from this number and I hung up as the caller was asking for personal ebay information...

I had a call today from the same number asking for my ebay user name...

Just called and wanted to know my eBay user ID and what I sell on eBay.

It's a real call from ebay, but the number is always busy if you call back.

This number called to me, and they said they from ebay, and she asked about items on ebay what's item its mine? and i said ebay not call to anybody and then she hang up the phone!!!
