what does it take TO SHUT THESE JERKS DOWN ??? Why is their phone provider not cancelling their account(s)? The CRTC needs to step up to the plate and have them investigated and ELIMINATED.

I had these calls for a while robo at first I called back and got a person. Said I owed money from way back. I told them if they called again I was going to have them charged with harassment, they said I couldn't because they had the right to call since I owed them money. This went back and forth for a few minutes, then I said have you heard of robo calls for cash. It has been a couple of months and haven't heard from anyone since.

Totally agree with most of the above comments ... had my first cell 2 weeks ago, and nothing but 4 - 5 unknown numbers calling daily (no joke!). Don't pick up your phone, block unknown numbers ... they're bound to give up. Go on the DNCL - should help!

CBV has called me 41 times in one day once.... and 21 times in one day another time. They use rotating phone numbers, an 1-855 number, and a 604 area code number. I have just filed a formal complaint with the Ministery of Government & Consumer Affairs against them. They face a fine and penalty of $50,000 for their business practices, plus compensation for their harassment. I urge you all to contact that ministry and fill out their complaint form.

They called me at 7am I wasn't even awake yet had 20mins to get my kids up they called 4x back to back 3rd call I yelled at them they said they were from Telus which I doubt because they had a thick accent. And I never dealt with Telus before only Rogers. I told them to quit calling 4th ring they call as a private numbered I answered because it could be my family since they are not listed. What they do they get mad hell and threatened me. I'm one unhappy momma this morning. Ya I say it's a scam
