called me twice, seems like jamaican music in background. called me by my name. had accent. man. i upset him because i was asking questions he hung up

I was called by this number, same thing music and jamaican or indian accent. He stated I applied online for a car loan, which I never did. I asked the name of he company and he hung up.. before that he wanted me to verify my information.
