when I answered I got a long recording of a French message, when it finally began in english they asked me to hold on for the first available agent. AS IF I'm going to waste my time waiting for some telemarketer. I never hold on when an automatic dialer calls me, it's bad enough when I have to wait on hold when I place a call! I always hang up when they call as they think that their time is more valuable than mine.
