Vivia called "about a serious civil issue". She said she was with Vanderbilt Associates please call her back urgently.I suspect it's about a collection agency trying to collect. Recently had something removed from credit report because of mistaken person. ?Original collection attempts probably use telephone book listings fishing for same names. They have the wrong person but they just wont stop.
