Attention Heather: ?this number was given to me but I can`t reach you!I hope you are "Megan's at Telus" supervisor. I just want to let you know - that Megan gave such efficient and with care service. After talking to a tel rep (very courteous as well who was going to dis my ``jubelee rate`with his manager) I was suddenly cut off and listening in to a very personal phonecall between ............... I hung up - and within seconds TELUS called back givinf me outstanding attention after I explained the situation.Please give Megan and whoever served me first a pat on their shoulders.
