He then said if you don't know who I am just give the phone to Drew, he knows who I am." I said sorry I do not need his service he kept talking and I hung up. Called back immediately and we did not answer.

i got a call from this a**hole saying he was watching me and everything i do and he calls again not even 5 min later saying he is from a towing company and he wants to tow my impala away ..if this a**hole reads this heres a little note for u if i find u or see u you have just declared world war 3

got a call from (519) 963-1966.  When i answered, there was no reply. Waitied for 5 seconds or so then hung up.  When are also on the no call list.

I know of whom you speak, and that's why I got nosey and wanted to see if I could look anything up on this number. I happen to like that you tubers entertaining vids :) I sent him a link on to this so hopefully that helps. Probably a wild goose chase but this is ridiculous. No reason for that at all. If it were me I'd turn over anything I could to the police.
