I too received a call. I wasn't home at the time but thanks to all of your posts I will be in touch with my local police and Make them aware.Unfortunately I live in a retirement community and I can see a lot of the elderly in our community being taken by these heartless, schisters. Just had a call as well, said No Thank you, he said actually you don't have a choice for testing. I then said oh, is this government regulated I haven't received a notice in the mail. To which he replied, well no but... He said he would call back. The number they used (519) 686-3595

I experienced the same phone call, but the phone number was 519 964 - 0069. It was a call from a                   "P.A Care" where do we call to report these scam calls?

My wife received a phone call from (519) 963-0757 just after 5:00pm while she was trying to put together supper and told them she was too busy doing supper to talk to them.  The guy on the other end stated, "Is everyone having supper now?"  My wife replied, "In this household they are!"  The other person immediately hung up.  My wife thought this was rude, so she called back asking to speak to a manager.  A female voice on the other end immediately replied, "Oh, I'm sorry, we're all having supper."  and hung up on my wife.  This infuriated my wife.  Something has to be done about these people!

They called my house doing the survey. I was told it would take 20 seconds and I said ok because it was quicker then arguing. I asnwered no to every question and at the end I asked the guy if he believed my answers just being humorous since he invaded my space. He called me an a***ole...I said I have your number..he said..well I have yours and then proceeded to call me about 20 times in a row. When I said I would report them to Bell Canada, he asked me what could they do about it? I realize this is probably a voip telephone system however they are using Bell lines and something can be done. We have to figure out who owns the line or telephone service they are subscribing to and have them shut down by Bell. A voip company still uses land lines and pays for them so somewhere we should be able to get these guys shut down.Does anyone have an address or real name of this company other then P.A. Care? His tactics last night border lined on harrassment and the police can be called about that.
