I too received a call. I wasn't home at the time but thanks to all of your posts I will be in touch with my local police and Make them aware.Unfortunately I live in a retirement community and I can see a lot of the elderly in our community being taken by these heartless, schisters. They called my house doing the survey. I was told it would take 20 seconds and I said ok because it was quicker then arguing. I asnwered no to every question and at the end I asked the guy if he believed my answers just being humorous since he invaded my space. He called me an a***ole...I said I have your number..he said..well I have yours and then proceeded to call me about 20 times in a row. When I said I would report them to Bell Canada, he asked me what could they do about it? I realize this is probably a voip telephone system however they are using Bell lines and something can be done. We have to figure out who owns the line or telephone service they are subscribing to and have them shut down by Bell. A voip company still uses land lines and pays for them so somewhere we should be able to get these guys shut down.Does anyone have an address or real name of this company other then P.A. Care? His tactics last night border lined on harrassment and the police can be called about that.

The office where they call from is on Third and Dundas in London Ontario.. the main office line is:(519) 686-3595..  Nick is the owner..  if you have any complaints call your local Police station or Lawyer.  Or even better yet stop in and say hello.. maybe sit and bug them while they work!  Need to put a stop on the scam they are doing!

When I said hello they hung up. Called back and after six rings they picked up and hung up, Called back again and let it ring to hell, over two dozen times before they picked up and hung up. I called them right back - busy signal

I had a smilar call on Feb 2/12 for a 20 second survey. I said yes just to get rid of them but I am suspicious about them breaking into my house or something like that especially as they asked if I had a spouse. My caller ID shows them to be P. A. Care at (519) 964-0068. I called back later that day but there was no answer.

Very RUDE, soon as you say no they hang up on you! Nobody likes to be hung up on. Where is technology, we should be able to input all these #'s in our own phones and be able to block them with a message like "Your a rude scammer". Wonder how long they would last then :)
