Hey, thanks for posting the number below - 1-+1 800-265-3271 - I called them and the lady who answered was very polite, I requested to be put on the Do Not Call list for their company and she actually gave me the direct number to the sales floor. The number I was given to call was (519) 642-2573. Once again folks, I don't think they're a horrible company or anything, just some people trying to earn a living by selling subcriptions, they're calls can become annoying though - so just call that number and leave a msg like I did stating your name, number and requesting the Do Not Call List.I've been on the other end of the line before when I was working my way through college - they're not calling to annoy you, they're just trying to earn a living so theres no need to be rude or anything when you call them back - like I mentioned above, the lady who picked up the 800 number was very nice and very polite.

HORRIBLE company in every regard - from the way they treat their employees to the way they cheat their clients. STAY FAR AWAY from PRC Books of London. I used to work in the collections department and I can tell you that 80% of clients end up their. Furthermore, they prey on the elderly as they literally send salesmen to nursing homes and alike. The owners are Jeff and Richard Pavollinous (aka Richard Armstrong as he signs his threatening letters to delinquent accounts).
As a side note, if you want out of your subscription contract, there are four ways:
1. If the subscriber is over the age of 80 years, you can request to have the contract cancelled. They will ask you for a photocopy or fax of a valid birth certificate. THIS IS THE LAW.
2. You have a physical ailment or injury that prevents you from reading the subscribed magazines. I.e. blindness. A doctors note will be required. Beware however, they WILL try to offer larger-print magazines to keep your business - refuse.
3. All sales and confirmation calls are recorded. Demand to listen to them (they have to do it) and refute that you did not give a clear "yes" during the confirmation and that you can hear the hesitation in your own voice as you were confused about the contract.
4. A valid death certificate.
