Just received a call at 8:30 p.m. and it is the second one today from this number and it comes up as PRC they don't leave a message and when I called back it said the number and that the mailbox was full I dont know how they get ur number but I really dislike getting calls from telemarketers.

TRIED OF THESE BOZO'S CALLING - REALLY NEED TO LET THEM KNOW THAT NO MEANS NO.  I DON'T WANT YOUR FRACKING PHONE CALLS.  I HAVE AN NONE PUBLIC AND UNLISTED NUMBER.  ONCE MORE AND I START COURT PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THEM FOR INVASION OF PRIVACY.  

HOW DOES A $6,000.00 LAWSUIT SOUND... IF WE ALL DID IT, THESE GUYS WOULD BE IN COURT UNTIL THE NEXT CENTURY.  IT COSTS $55.00 BUT IT IS WORTH THE EFFORT.

i would just like to let everyone know that just because you are on the national do not call list does not mean prc books, and many other telemarketing companies, cant call you. when you sign the terms and conditions for a phone company, credit card, etc. you are giving that company (most of the time) permission to give your number to registered companies with said company. Ive been in the business for 5 years, so i know a fair bit on this topic. if you do not want any more calls from these companies here is the way to go about it. - ask the name of the company, and name of the person you are speaking with. - ask to be put on this specific companies do not call list. - be polite. if you are rude, or yelling and screaming, you wont get very far.-ALSO if you do not pick up the call the company will keep your number on file, and will continuously call you until they hear 'please put me on your do not call list, thank you.'

I guess this company is still in business...they called us twice today...we live in a small town outside of London.  We didn't pick up because we didn't recognise the company PRC on call display.  Thanks everyone for the info, I won't call them back and have already deleted their number from my saved calls.  Happy New Year!
