PRC sucks
i worked there one summer..it's located in downtown London in the talbot center i think it is...that place is full of crooks...the managers would give me a hard time because I wasn't willing to lie to customers to try and get them to sign up for a subscription to sh*tty magazines and a free sh*tty book for signing up... I quit that place in less than a week once I realized what a scam they are running.. The people who run this place can't feel good about how they are making money.....they literally just hand you a phone book and have you call everybody and make you read from a script and don't take NO for an answer... Worst company ever.

Hey, thanks for posting the number below - 1-+1 800-265-3271 - I called them and the lady who answered was very polite, I requested to be put on the Do Not Call list for their company and she actually gave me the direct number to the sales floor. The number I was given to call was (519) 642-2573. Once again folks, I don't think they're a horrible company or anything, just some people trying to earn a living by selling subcriptions, they're calls can become annoying though - so just call that number and leave a msg like I did stating your name, number and requesting the Do Not Call List.I've been on the other end of the line before when I was working my way through college - they're not calling to annoy you, they're just trying to earn a living so theres no need to be rude or anything when you call them back - like I mentioned above, the lady who picked up the 800 number was very nice and very polite.

i would just like to let everyone know that just because you are on the national do not call list does not mean prc books, and many other telemarketing companies, cant call you. when you sign the terms and conditions for a phone company, credit card, etc. you are giving that company (most of the time) permission to give your number to registered companies with said company.
Ive been in the business for 5 years, so i know a fair bit on this topic. if you do not want any more calls from these companies here is the way to go about it. - ask the name of the company, and name of the person you are speaking with. - ask to be put on this specific companies do not call list. - be polite. if you are rude, or yelling and screaming, you wont get very far. -ALSO if you do not pick up the call the company will keep your number on file, and will continuously call you until they hear 'please put me on your do not call list, thank you.'

Caller asked my son for my wife or I by name. Son took a message and when I called back all it said was, "mailbox full".
