I receive a call from PRC every other day.. We aren't ever home to pick it up..

They just called but I didn't pick up this time. They called a few months ago saying they were PRC Books of London. This number called me twice yesterday, I did not answer and they did not leave a messege. I tried to call them back today, it's an automated voice mail with just the number on it...with no indication of a name or company???? I did not leave a messege, however if they call again today. I'll answer and let you know what I find out!

had phone call from them and no message or answer either. phoned the TOLL FREE ? 1-+1 800-265-3271 given here (thanks much for the number :)).i called them and said we wanted to be taken off their calling list. now if they do recall us them i definitely will report them ;).thanks for all the info everyone. have a great day. I've been getting calls from this number for years.Never anyone at the other end when I pick it up, and never a message when I don't.

i would just like to let everyone know that just because you are on the national do not call list does not mean prc books, and many other telemarketing companies, cant call you. when you sign the terms and conditions for a phone company, credit card, etc. you are giving that company (most of the time) permission to give your number to registered companies with said company.
Ive been in the business for 5 years, so i know a fair bit on this topic. if you do not want any more calls from these companies here is the way to go about it. - ask the name of the company, and name of the person you are speaking with. - ask to be put on this specific companies do not call list. - be polite. if you are rude, or yelling and screaming, you wont get very far. -ALSO if you do not pick up the call the company will keep your number on file, and will continuously call you until they hear 'please put me on your do not call list, thank you.'
